1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of personalised skincare plan services sold through clinic-branded pages operated by MySkinPlans. MySkinPlans is a trading name of MySkinPlans Ltd, which is the merchant of record for all plan purchases.
Your plan is prepared using our platform and reviewed and approved by a qualified practitioner at the clinic whose branded page you used. That clinic is an independent partner — not a party to this contract — but its specialist signs off every plan before it reaches you.
2. What we provide
When you purchase a plan, you receive a one-time, personalised skincare plan based on the answers you provide in our questionnaire. A typical plan includes morning and evening routines, treatment guidance, and product recommendations across different budgets, together with plain-language reasoning.
Plans are delivered digitally through your customer portal. You may also receive follow-up emails about your plan where you have consented to them.
3. What our plans are — and are not
Our plans are personalised skincare guidance, not a medical diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for an in-person consultation with a doctor or dermatologist.
- We do not examine you in person and cannot see conditions that require physical assessment.
- If you have severe, sudden, or worsening symptoms, seek medical advice promptly.
- Product recommendations are independent — we earn no commission from product sales.
4. Ordering and payment
Plan prices are shown clearly before you pay. Payment is a single one-time charge processed by our payment provider. The descriptor on your statement may show our legal entity name rather than the clinic brand.
By completing checkout you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent where required).
5. How your plan is prepared and delivered
After payment, you complete our skin questionnaire. Your answers are used to prepare a draft plan, which is then reviewed, and where necessary edited, by a qualified practitioner at your clinic before approval. Nothing is sent to you until that sign-off is complete.
We aim to deliver approved plans within 48 hours of questionnaire completion, though timing may vary. You will receive access via email to your secure customer portal.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide honest, complete answers in the questionnaire.
- Review your plan carefully and follow product patch-test guidance where provided.
- Contact us promptly if you experience irritation, an allergic reaction, or believe the plan is unsuitable.
- Keep your portal login details secure.
7. Refunds and plan amendments
Our refund and amendment policy is set out in full on our Refunds page. In summary: we expect you to give your plan a genuine trial, we will amend it free of charge if it is not working for you, and a full refund may be available within 60 days of purchase if amendments do not resolve the issue.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, branding, and plan format are owned by MySkinPlans Ltd or its licensors. Your plan is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit plan content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that arise from your failure to follow the plan, undisclosed health conditions, or product reactions where patch testing was recommended.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom, including rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law and contact
MySkinPlans Ltd is established in the Isle of Man and these terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU/UK.
